The project supposes development of an abandoned farm situated close to St. Petersburg into a place where artists and animals meet each other. There should be communication between the animals and the city dwellers. The project is also intended to provide space for various artistic initiatives, such as residencies, film and theater experiments, improvised music, and art. It is also a place for various small concerts and festivals.

People and animals are considered the most important elements of this space that is, in fact, a very special little world, a piece of nature just an hour by train from the dusty and busy metropolis.
