There are 2 hectares of outdoor space with a 250m² 3 story house standing alone in the fields. There’s no one around the abandoned farmhouse in the radius of 1 kilometer, only forest, meadows, rivers and nature. Animals (sheep, goats, chickens) live freely on the first floor of the farmhouse, they are cared of and never exploited. The second and third floors of the house have a total size of approximately 150m² and offer space for summer stay and various events. The house has no heating. There’s a special container building with toilet facilities, showers, hot water, electricity and a large covered terrace.
The location is very close to the city, it takes about 1 hour by train to get there from the center of Saint Petersburg. When it’s not that cold, there are concerts, festivals, exhibitions and other events.
